About the Lecturer:
Prof. Meng-Hua Zhu, currently working at the State Key Lab. of Lunar and Planetary Sciences, Macau University of Science and Technology.
He is a Macao scientist who participated in China Lunar Exploration Project from CE-1 to CE-5, and China's Mars exploration mission Tianwen-1.
He has been awarded the First Prize of the Natural Science Award by the Macao SAR Government for two times.
He has made breakthroughs in key scientific issues such as the evolution of the Moon, the formation of the inner solar system, and the early evolution of terrestrial planets, etc.
In 2019, he became the first Macao scholar to publish a paper in Nature, and in 2021, his research team obtained the invaluable CE-5 lunar sample for scientific study.
